Your interactions with organizations and/or individuals found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such organizations and/or individuals.
As a Sourcing Agent registered on Property Source Hub, you agree to pay Property Source Hub a Referral Fee equivalent to a fixed percentage (as defined in your Referral Agreement) of any fees paid to you by a Converted Lead within 24 months following the date the Converted Lead was previously identified as a Lead via Property Source Hub's services.
You shall inform Property Source Hub of the Referral Fee earned within 10 working days of a Lead becoming a Converted Lead. Property Source Hub shall invoice you for the Referral Fee, which you agree to pay within 10 working days of receipt.
We may charge a fee to post Content in some areas of the Service. The fee is an access fee permitting Content to be posted in a designated area. Each party posting Content is responsible for said Content and compliance with the TOU. All fees paid will be non-refundable if Content is removed for violating the TOU.
We are not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from property transactions conducted through the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold Property Source Hub, its officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, agents, service providers, suppliers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post or make available through the Service.

Our verification and approval of Sourcing Agents does not guarantee that they are 100% genuine, compliant and devoid of scams. While we try to ensure that all Sourcing Agents who are listed with us are authentic and compliant, there is a possibility that some are not.
As a Sourcing Agent, you should always perform your own due diligence on any investors/buyers/sellers ("Prospective Investors") that contact you through Property Source Hub. When you contact and work with any Prospective Investor, you are doing so at your own risk.

If the deal is sold outside of the Property Source Hub platform, please ensure that you promptly update the status of your property listing to "Sold" or request its removal. Timely updates help maintain the integrity of our platform. Failure to update the listing status or notify us may result in applicable platform charges being applied to the card registered during your account setup.
